Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to availability. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Return Shipping
For size-related or change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer. For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Fear Off will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Important: Don't claim a fixed "7-day return" or "48-hour damage reporting" period unless that's actually the policy you intend to follow. Also, if you're selling internationally, the policy should account for the consumer laws of the countries you ship to.
